Lexzander Charitable Foundation (LCF), founded in 2022, is an initiative taken up by Lexander Construction Private Limited (LCPL) to support and contribute to society in the markets they operate their businesses. LCF is a legally compliant, independent entity, which is licensed and operates from Hyderabad, Telangana, India

    With a rich tapestry of experience that spans investment banking and entrepreneurship, Rohit Reddy has proven his mettle across multiple sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Lexzander, he oversees a portfolio that includes construction, procurement, facilities management, and media services. His adeptness in recognizing market needs and crafting effective solutions lends an invaluable strategic advantage to our foundation. At Lexzander Charitable Foundation, Rohit dons multiple hats, from administration and compliance management to campaign oversight, thus contributing to our foundation's resilience and adaptability.

  • Trustee

    With a career spanning more than three and a half decades in construction and development, Surendran Vellethery offers an unmatched reservoir of operational expertise. His tenure has included senior leadership roles in the Middle East and he currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Lexzander Construction Private Limited in India. Surendran ensures that the foundation adheres to its foundational principles, optimizes processes, and maintains a culture of excellence. His insights into people management and technical operations are invaluable to the foundation’s long-term success.

    Dr. Vijay is a very well-known figure in the medical fraternity in the state and region. He has worked with very large medical entities, before moving into the space of running his private practice in Orthodontics. He operates a very successful medical practice with multiple locations in Hyderabad, Telangana. Adding to his achievements as a medical professional, he is also a licensed lawyer, effective 2023. This was a mentally sharp move to effectively optimize his compliance and legal ability to scale up his professional ventures, which include his medical practice, real-estate development, asset management and his ventures in to early-stage investing in multiple businesses, across industries. He oversees the management and execution, provides his valuable inputs to project planning and processes within the foundation.

  • Yes, if there is a request from a contributor for a specific cause, we can always look into it and develop a program around it

  • Our volunteering program is set up as one to give an individual(s) a deeper look into the causes we work with. Volunteers are expected to be respectful, committed, and willing to do the work involved with the foundation’s cause, they sign up for. In the event it is overwhelming for any volunteer during the time of execution, for any reason whatsoever, we have absolutely no problems with them excusing themselves from the location/cause. No hard feelings, we understand that it can be difficult at times working on the causes we work on

    Benefits include:

    Certification citing the time and work spent on the cause

    Recommendation letters, on request, addressed to any institution of the volunteer’s requirement

    Locally and internationally recognized organization that one is working with, so these documents do add value for university/college entry, job-seeking efforts as additional certifications, migration/visas to other countries – as additional documentation of voluntary social service activity

    All direct incidental expenses, such as meals, fuel, bus/metro, and others will be reimbursed on actuals to the volunteer on providing valid supporting documentation of the expense

  • We do not exclusively provide reports as such, after every campaign or time period. However, we do keep all our donors, potential donors, followers, updated on our social channels such as LinkedIn: www.bit.ly/LCF-IND and our website: www.lcf.family under the ‘updates’ section

    Also, all verified donors, plus a guest (+1 only please), are welcome to our offices, located in Madhapur, Hyderabad, to come and view the financials for the year to date and individual campaign financials, Tuesday to Friday between 11.30am to 4.30pm. No soft copies will be distributed. Please book an appointment prior to your intended date of arrival by emailing us at lcf@lexzander.com
